Top 10 Health Tips

 If you don't have the time (or the inclination) to take in all the health information we have to offer on this site, then please use this list as a quick and helpful way to lead a healthier life.

Tip 1
Drink at least 2 liters of fresh water daily to keep your body hydrated and functioning properly.

Tip 2
Take at least 30 minutes of exercise daily, anything from brisk walking to swimming, cycling, weight-lifting or running. Choose what you enjoy most and staying motivated will be easier.

Tip 3
Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables daily, making sure only one or two portions come from fruit - due to the high sugar content - with the rest vegetables.

Tip 4
Brush your teeth and gargle with an anti-bacterial mouthwash morning and night.

Tip 5
Eat wholewheat cereals, pastas and/or breads daily.

Tip 6
Use a gentle facial ex-foliating scrub and moisturize your face twice daily, morning and night. Use really warm water when doing this to help open your pores and cleanse deeply.

Tip 7
Eat proteins from lean meat, oily fish, nuts and seeds etc, on a daily basis.

Tip 8
Eat enough dairy products daily. You can use skimmed milk, low-fat yoghurt and more besides.

Tip 9
Bathe or shower with an ex-foliating gel daily to stay clean and remove dead skin cells, keeping your skin in great condition.

Tip 10
