Tips To Avoid Acne

Many teenagers today experience pimple outbreaks because they are greatly exposed to pollutions and harmful chemicals. So what does really causes acne and pimples? According to skin experts, pimples usually develop after blackheads or whiteheads have become infected. For some it normally caused by the hormones acting on the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. It can also cause by poor hygiene habits, lack of sleep, unhealthy lifestyle and hormonal imbalance.
Hereditary can also play a major role. To maintain a healthy and acne free skin, simply follow this tips:

1. Take vitamins regularly
Taking your vitamins daily will also help you achieve a healthy and glowing skin. I recommend you take vitamin E,C and A. Studies shows that vitamins and minerals when taken regularly, it gives a positively influence skin appearance making it healthy and beautiful. For instance vitamin A is proven to helps reduce sebum production, strengthens the protective tissue of the skin,repairs tissues and prevents acne. Vitamin B Complex improves blood circulation and metabolism. Vitamin E powerful antioxidant that has anti-inflammatory effects on the skin. Vitamin C effectively reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It also maintain and prevents the appearance of broken blood vessels.

2.Avoid eating junk foods
Teens and adults should also avoid eating junk foods or oily foods since they tend to affect your skin in a negative way. You should also avoid drinking as much as possible alcohol since they tend to dry and irritate your skin.

3. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
Drinking 8 glasses of water regularly is proven to flush out the toxins in your body. It also keeps the skin hydrated and preventing the skin to get dry and dull.

4.Wash your face regularly
Its important to wash your face as much as possible especially for women who commonly use make ups. Washing and cleansing your face regularly effectively removes oils and dirts. Its advisable to you use a mild soap that is suitable for your skin type.

5.Exercise daily
Exercising 2-3 times a week can effectively remove unwanted fats in our body, making our skin healthy and young. It also improves blood circulation and effectively reduces stress and tension. Did you know that being less stressed will help your achieve a natural glow to your skin.

6.Eat a balanced diet meal
It’s an old saying but no less true: “let your food be your medicine.”To achieve a healthy skin and body, a balanced and healthy diet can effectively and help you develop a healthy skin, hair and nails.To become physically fit and healthy, your skin needs a regular and well balanced supply of nutrients and vitamins. You also need to balance the intake of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in your diet.

7.Sleep 8 hours daily
Did you know that sleeping is a major factor that greatly affect your overall health and your skin’s health. Health experts claims that our bodies need seven to eight hours of sleep every day. Taking a nap can also be a good habit since its proven to reduce stress and improves the cognitive powers of the mind.

8. Avoid too much exposure on the sun
Too much exposure on the sun causes the skin to dry and at the same time damages the skin’s cells. It can also lead to early signs of aging such as wrinkles and fine lines. For women its best to use moisturizers with SPF to protect your skin from damaging. For men, they can also use sunscreen lotions or creams.
